Healthy Cooking Classes

We are now hosting our new healthy cooking classes in our brand new kitchen! Every 4th Saturday we'll be cookin' in the kitchen with diet tech certified Chef Erin. Each of our cooking classes will be themed. This class is for anyone looking to make positive dietary change, not just for diabetics. Our first classes will be "Healthy Cooking for the Holidays." These classes will have a nominal fee, of $20 (if pre-registered) or $25 at the door. Costs will cover cooking demonstrations, a full meal, recipes, and substitution ideas for everyday cooking. Classes will be held right here at Diabetes Dayton from11AM-2PM. Grab a friend! Instead of meeting for lunch, learn how to cook while Chef Erin creates your lunch.

Diabetes Dayton - Until There's A Cure We Help You Live

From the Director:

Managing diabetes can feel like an uphill battle to those affected by it. Our mission, as an independent diabetes organization, is to assist and support all individuals affected by diabetes so they can live quality, productive lives. Diabetes Dayton is supported by individual donations and we could not provide these services if it were not for the generosity of people like you.
